TWO TYPES OF SPACE. A PLAN FOR EACH.
Ready for your team.
Ready for your members.
Office and fitness cleaning starts with a clear task list. We define the areas, cleaning methods and frequency with you before a provider starts work.
01 / OFFICES & WORKSPACES
A clean place to do good work.
Recurring cleaning for corporate offices, coworking spaces and ordinary shared work areas.
- Reception, meeting rooms and accessible desk surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping compatible floor surfaces
- Restroom fixtures, mirrors and agreed touchpoints
- Kitchenette counters, sinks and appliance exteriors
- Agreed waste and recycling routes
Desk-clearing rules, restricted rooms and electronics are agreed in advance. Papers and personal items are left in place.
02 / GYMS & FITNESS STUDIOS
A space members want to return to.
Routine cleaning plans for gyms, boutique fitness studios and office fitness areas.
- Reception, workout areas and accessible mirrors
- Equipment exterior surfaces using approved methods
- Restrooms and agreed locker-room or shower areas
- Surface-compatible cleaning of rubber and studio floors
- Waste removal and agreed wipe-station supply checks
Gym scope requires review of equipment instructions, floor materials, showers and member traffic. Specialist treatments are quoted only after capability is confirmed.
What falls outside our initial service?
Medical or laboratory spaces, biohazards, mold, pest treatment, construction cleanup, industrial kitchens, high windows, floor restoration, carpet extraction, moving, junk removal and residential cleaning are outside the initial offering. Pool and spa systems, sauna or steam-room specialist treatment, gym equipment repair and laundry services are also excluded.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few useful answers.
How is cleaning priced?
We review the size and condition of the space, areas to clean, visit frequency, access requirements and provider availability. Your written proposal confirms the scope and price before you commit. We do not offer an instant price from square footage alone.
Can cleaning happen before or after opening hours?
Tell us your preferred service window, class schedule or office hours. Early, late and weekend requests are reviewed with the provider before scheduling. Availability is confirmed individually.
Do you clean gym equipment?
Exterior equipment surfaces may be included when the approved products, manufacturer instructions, access and cleaning rotation are agreed in writing. Equipment servicing, moving heavy machines and internal electrical components are excluded.
Who provides supplies and consumables?
We confirm who supplies cleaning products, tools, liners and restroom or wipe-station consumables in the proposal. Replenishment and purchasing are included only when explicitly agreed.
Does my building need a certificate of insurance?
Share the building’s insurance and access requirements, service elevator rules and approved working hours. Required provider documentation and access arrangements must be confirmed before service begins.
What happens after I send a request?
We review your details, clarify missing information and request provider pricing. A walkthrough may be needed for larger spaces, gyms or complex access. Your inquiry does not reserve a date or create a booking.
